With Jamayne Taunoa-Brown suspended and Daniel Alvaro and George Jennings returning to the Eels from loan, coach Todd Payten has been forced to shuffle his 17 for Sunday's match against the Raiders in Canberra.
Lachlan Burr starts at prop, with the uncapped Tom Ale added to the interchange.
Payten explains the response.
Hayze Perham moves from the centres to the left wing for Jennings, while Adam Keighran is poised for his first appearance since the Covid shutdown in the No.3 jumper.
