He faces two counts of assault against his partner last December.
The 24-year-old has already pleaded not guilty to charges of common assault, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Should Walker be found guilty, his playing career could be in jeopardy.
The hearing comes two days before the ARL commission considers whether players should be stood down for serious court matters.
