New captain Dallin Watene-Zelezniak will start at fullback, with Shaun Johnson and Kodi Nikorima pairing up in the halves and Brandon Smith debuting at hooker.
Kiwis coach Michael Maguire says he's fortunate that most of the players had crossed paths in some way before meeting up this week.
He says they've connected over the years and everyone's gone about things well once they arrived in camp.
Kick off from Mount Smart's at 7:45pm after the Kiwi Ferns and Jillaroos do battle at 5:15pm.
